Connected Generation is a new concept in fashion retail where designer Rachel Cosford engages with her customers to find out what they want, rather than telling them what they should be wearing. This concept, which involves asking customers for opinions via the Connected Generation website, Facebook and Twitter, seems to be working as she recently won Pure London’s Next Generation competition.
